Production control
The purpose of the production control module in NaviMeat™ is to provide the decision maker with a tool for precise monitoring and analysis on projected production plans. It also allows for adherence to internal production standards with regard to time and economies of scale
The production control module compares the specified standards for yields, shrinkage and time consumption from the calculation module with the realized figures that are retrieved automatically from weighing terminals and other registration equipment. This allows for the following to be captured:
· Realized yield percentages per unit,
· Recipe and lot
· Realized production versus planned
· Cold store shrinkage
· Packaging consumption
· Cut yields
